“Manchester City could offer the Argentine a €10m-a-year contract – more than any other bidder at the moment. City coach Pep Guardiola has insisted on the transfer of the forward.

Liverpool, Tottenham and Inter have also shown an interest in the 28-year-old.

Dybala almost agreed a €10m salary with Juventus, but then the Turin club changed the terms of the negotiations. He will be offered a lower wage when he meets Paulo in February. Tuttosport reported that the forward would be offered a 15% wage cut.

Dybala has played for Juventus since 2015, having been bought from Palermo for €40m. Paulo has scored 111 goals in 276 games for Juventus so Guardiola wants Dybala in ManCity.
