Meanwhile, the winner of the quarter-final match between United and Fulham will take on Brighton, who thrashed League Two side Grimsby 5-0 earlier in the afternoon.
Both semi-final matches will be played at Wembley on the weekend of 22-23 April. The final will be played here on 3 June.
