Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland will continue his career at Manchester City.
The transfer of the 21-year-old forward has been agreed and will be officially confirmed this week.
The Norwegian agreed terms on a personal contract with the Citizens last month.
City will soon activate a buyout option in the player’s contract with the Dortmund club. Thus, the transfer will cost the English Premier League leaders €75m.
Haaland will become one of the highest paid players in the team, but his salary will not exceed the £375,000 per week that midfielder Kevin de Bruyne receives.
This season, the forward scored 28 goals and provided seven assists in 29 games for Borussia Dortmund in all competitions.
